Pre-Orders & Production Timeline

All ULLORUM garments are produced in limited quantities and many items are offered as pre-orders.

When you place a pre-order, your item is made specifically for you after the pre-sale window closes. Because of this, shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not at checkout.

Estimated timelines will always be shared on the product page and during the pre-order window. These estimates may shift slightly due to production schedules, material sourcing, or holidays.

 


 

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, orders typically ship within 5–10 business days.

Shipping times after dispatch vary by location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

 


 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
