All ULLORUM pieces are produced in limited quantities and many items are offered as pre-orders. Because each item is made specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

 


 

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing issues

  • Preference or fit

  • Delayed shipping due to production timelines

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saeva.byullorum@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund at our discretion

 


 

Pre-Order Acknowledgment

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

  • Production timelines may vary

  • Shipping dates are estimates

  • Items are produced in limited runs

Due to the nature of limited releases and made-to-order production, all approved sales are final once an order is placed.
